Smileys don't work??

Under the User CP -> Edit Options scroll to the bottom. There's a combobox for settings the type of editor. Do you have it set for the advanced mode? If so, I'm not sure what might be the problem.

When I set my editor to enhanced mode in CP, I can't edit or post a message at all. The message box will not even accept placing a cursor in it. I reported this during the conversion.

Here is one clue. WHen I hover mouse over any smiley, I get the same link

Very strange. Just for a quick test, try clearing out your browser cache. Select the IE Tools->Internet Options menu item. Under the General tab, click the Delete Files... button to remove the temporary files.

Then try again.
