Smallest focus gear?

I am trying to put a focus gear on a very small lens (38mm diameter). I already have a zip-tie style gear attached but I am hoping to take advantage of the additional torque and finesse afforded by a real focus gear, but I have not seen any that can be adapted that small. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

The product is not listed on the website, but IndiSystem can make them to order for you if you contact them directly and give them the diameter of your lens. The snap gear costs $25, and the collar costs $12.

I haven't tested this out yet but it seems like it might just do the trick!
 
One of these days, I am going send all of my lenses to Duclos for cine-modding. But for now, a $37 solution is looking pretty good.
