I'm not sure where to post this.
I've been reading the threads here about slow motion and I've got a question.
What do they mean when they say "in Camera" Slow mo?
I've got the DVX 100B and FCP. I've read a thread that had step by step instructions for getting smooth slow mo and I've tried it and it didn't work for me.
First off the thread said to shoot in 60i and the highest shutter. How exactly do I get 60i? I should know that one. And I think I know how to do it. but....
Then I capture to FCP. Now do I capture it to 24P or what. And how do I check the settings when i'm capturing?
Then next step was to us cinima tools. Which I've never used. And couldn't get it working. How do I use it? So I have to have the clip selected or something?
The next step (which I didn't make it to) was to put the clip on the time line and copy it and put it ontop of itself then change the settings so that one clip is upper and one is lower and the turn frame blending off.
Now How do I do all that?
I'd like to use the excuse and just say "come on guys I'm a newb" But I'm not I should know this but I don't..... I haven't needed the slow mo shots yet. Until now that is.
Thanks
