Slow mo weirdness

Como's back. back again
Im using my dvx100b, and when i try to slo mo footage, it acts as if its a freeze frame whe ni play it. the sound is fine, but the picture is frozen, i can fast forward no problem!
any suggestions? thanks
 
How are you doing slo mo? What version FCP? Is it fully rendered? Have you tried exporting it to see if it's a display problem?
 
Have you ever had this problem before? Are you seeing the freeze frame also on an NTSC monitor or just on your Mac's display? What hardware are you using and graphic card? Make sure your render settings are set to "full". Try putting an in and out on a small piece of it and export it out as a QT movie. If that is okay, then I would suspect a display or render problem on your mac.
