slow down music

You can stretch audio, just like video, by holding down CTRL as you drag the event edge. Unfortunately, the results usually sound weird unless you stretch gently. But Event Properties does give several different time stretch / pitch shift options, which can give quite different results.

Depending on the music, you may also be able to artificially extend it by repeating a small section.

You could also try an audio velocity envelope.

I stand to be corrected but I don't think you can do a velocity envelope to an audio event.
To add a follow-up to clang's post, after using the Ctrl+Drag technique, right-click on the audio event and make sure you select elastique.
