Slo mo footage in a 1920x1080 sequence

On a 30p ProRes 1920x1080 sequence, what should I do with 7D slow motion ProRes footage that is 1280x720? For highest quality after conforming it to 29.97 in Cinema Tools, should I leave it at 150% or up scale it to 1920x1080 for the edit?

Any help is much appreciated.

Leave it at the 1280x720. If you upscale or even just enlarge it to 150% you'll soften the image. If you're using FCP 7 then simply drop it in the sequence and FCP will take care of it. A beauty of FCP 7 is auto adjustment and calibration for differing image sizes and resolutions.
 
In the 1920x1080 sequence it automatically shows the clip as upscaled to 150%. I was also told to upscale it in Compressor before dropping it onto the sequence. Which gives the best results?
