Slither

its supposed to be kind of a comedy gore fest, one cup sci fi, one cup horror, a pinch of evil dead, a dash of WB series drama, and then another two cups of gut wrenching gore.

Sometimes it cn be refreshing when they don;t take it too seriously. I'll see this; looks fun. Reminds me of a kind of Tremors and Night of the Creeps

If it's anything like Videodrome, I'm in, but I bet it won't be. I love Videodrome...the perfect mix of random gore, social commentary, hilarious dialogue and pointless S+M.

Did you even watch the Trailer?

No would not play for some reason.

But looking at the director/writer's resume, which includes Scooby Doo 1 and 2 and the remake of Dawn of the Dead, looks like he is making a career out of retreads Nothing wrong with it, the new Dawn of the Dead was pretty good.

They are cool movies. I especially like Temors. It is so over the top, but with such a good cast, they pull it off.

Definitely see it!

James Gunn is a very talented writer and I trust his instincts for directing as well.

Unfortunately they just pushed the release date to March 2006 (in order not to compete with King Kong)...

Hey! Mal from Firefly is in it! I'll see it just for that fact.

The 'slithers' looked REALLY cg. I hope they can polish that before release.

Ooohhhh Night of the Creeps....good news girls, your dates are here...bad news is they're dead.

Slither is definitely in that vein. Looks like a lot of fun. Heard some pretty good things about it in the horror circles.
