I know that Kessler is coming out with a Pocket Jib that can mount on the tripod at the same time as a slider, but if you're talking about having the slider on the jib then I don't see the benefit of it. Pretty much all slider will need additional support on the side to be stable and the front of a crane is pretty much the most unstable place that you can mount it.
