Site slower than before?

hey, i'm slowly starting to get used to the new site. The new search functions way better than before and so much faster. But all in all I'd say the rest of the site is 2-3 times slower than it was before for me. I have high speed so I don't what the problem is ? anyone else finding this?

dont worry nick once the database is completly converted it will be super fast.

It's actually been much faster for me than the old yaBB board was.

I did notice that it was sluggish for a while, but I remember the site being VERY suggish before the upgrade. Most everything is working fine for me now.
