Site formatting off? Quick reply not working for anyone else?

Quick reply is not working for me, the text box is completely gone and the words are formatted wierdly.

Anyone else?

what browser are you using and what version?

I am using IE9. When using firefox, all works fine.

Here is a screenshot of where the reply should be when using IE9.

Have already logged out and cleared cache.

thanks for that info.

Let me know if it is working for you now after a hard refresh/restart of your browser/clear cache/cookies/etc... maybe just a normal F5 will do it for you. But, you know the drill
