Simplest Songwriter release?

[EDV]

Hello,

I am looking for a really short and simple songwriter's release. The songwriter is in a different country so it will need to be done over email. Basically I need the rights to publish the music video on my website and on facebook for self-publicity purposes.

Thanks in advance, we should have a "Business and Legal" section already!

There was a business section; it was reorganized into Distribution/Marketing. A "legal" section would be a very bad idea. You don't want to get legal advice from a message board.

DVX is not your typical message board. Besides, DVX it's proven a valuable resource for business, why should legal be any different? Not saying it should be the only source of legal advice though. But it can help stir people in the right direction.
