Simple questions re batteries and cables to connect MixPre3 to Canon C100 mkii

I have a new MixPre3 arriving in a couple days to join my new (used) Canon C100 mkii. I want to order the cables tomorrow so I can play with it all as soon as I can. So -
What kind of cable takes the sound from the MixPre3 back to the camera for sync track?
What kind of cable will take time code from the camera to the MixPre?

What preferences do you have for powering the MixPre -
battery sled for MX-L
USB-C
USB-A

hdmi for timecode, you need a 3.5mm for the mix pre 3's stereo out to whatever the C100's mic in is (I assume XLR).

I have the MX-L sled for the mixpre3 and I love the battery life of the NPF batteries, but man is that sled annoying to get off. You only need to worry about taking it off if you need to get the SD card out, or the allen key. If you're just sending audio back to the C100 then it's not a concern.
