Simple Audio Edit Question

I want to get rid of my shotgun on 1 and output my lav on 2 to both L/R.
What is best practice in X?

Simple.
Just select the clip...go to audio...go to channel configuration, change channels to dual mono, then simply deselect the channel you don't want. Then adjust as needed in the audio inspector, such as panning, audio enhancements etc.
