Where can I get some? Would a local camera shop have it? or would I have more luck at a fishing store or something that have to do with 'wet' stuff? kind of a weird subject but i guess i'm bored. :-/

I found a cool product at cases4less.com when I was buying some foam:

For $7.50, you have a cannister off silica dessicant that's reusable (about the size of 1 and 1/2 miniDV tapes). You just stick it in the oven when it's absorbed all it can. I've only had it a week, and I live in a pretty dry climate, so, ummm, I can really tell it's doing it's job, or something, and stuff...

I will probably try the florist for now. I like the idea of recharging the packets but seems like that can only be done with the canister/container type that are sold by pelican. My ex-girlfriend had a whole bag full, i shoulda snagged that before we broke up. :(
