Been using ShuttlePro for several months.
Notice it sometimes stops responding,----like now in the middle of edit session.
Anybody suggestions.

I have one but haven't noticed the problem. You might have a hardware conflict with another device. Are you plugging/unplugging another device into your system between the time it works and stops working?

Also, there's a new driver out. You might check if you have the most recent.

My auto-backup software wakes up about once an hour to scan time stamps. The keyboard suffers a delay that gets masked by the buffer and my slow fingers. But my shuttlepro inputs keystrokes a lot faster, so the problem looks much worse. I try to remember to shut off all of my background programs before starting an editing session.
