shutter speeds and flouros

ive got a location that has existing flouro lights, and there is no way to change them to kinos, or light without using the house lights. so...

what shutter speeds have you used that get around the flicker problem in 24p?

1/60th in the US and most american countries. How bad of a flicker issue are we talking about here?
