Shrinking an image in FCP?

I am editing a commercial, and was given a JPEG image by the client to place at the end. However, the image is too large for some older televisions and some of the information cannot be seen. How do I shrink the image in FCP to make all the info readable? Thanks.
 
I knew it was something super simple that I was just missing. Too many hours staring at the screen. Thanks a lot NICHOLASRAEBURN.
