shrink shorten reduce trim or stretch all?

say i have 25 clips on the timeline or 25 pictures, and they all last 15 seconds, how can i grab all of them at once and shrink them all to 10 seconds at the same time?

Everytime I try and highlight them all it only let's me drag the last clip in.

if your working with stills you can set the still picture duration to defalut to how long you want them to last by default, then just reimport the images and drag tehm to the timeline again. this is somethiing you can plan for before starting the project of course, but otherwise you could prerender them and drop the rendered file/sequence onto a new timeline, and then speed up the rendered file so each clip is shorter. its a pain either way, but if you only have 25 your better off just adjusting the duration of each seperately since it will ony take a minute or two and you have no intermediate or reimporting process which would take longer.
