Shoutout to Sam Cardamon from Cineo Lighting Customer Service!

Backstory: I have a cineo HS1 that has served me well over the years. Yesterday, in front of a client, it started to flicker at the slightest touch of the cable or movement of the light. After flickering it turned off and refused to power on. This is the first issue I have EVER had after years of using this fantastic light. I sent an e-mail to customer service at Cineo, and Tom Yuhas got back to me within hours. I then called them directly, left a message and to my surprise - Sam Cardamon from Cineo Lighting got back to me within 20 minutes from his personal cellphone number.

Being that my HS1 is an older unit, I was worried that it wouldn't be covered under warranty and I was screwed, but Sam assured me that he would take care of it and walked me through the entire RMA process. In short, I went from mishap on set to shipping to Cineo headquarters in less than 24 hours. This is unparalleled customer service, and after mulling around about whether to get the Arri RGB skypanels or not - I know that I'm staying with these guys for as long as they are making lights and am soon going for a Standard 410 instead.

In a world of "screw you its your problem now" and spotty QA, these guys have won me over. Color me impressed!
