First off let me state, I have never had cause to give a shout out to ANYONE from ANY company before, but believe give credit where credit is due.
Well I wont bore you all with the details. Ill condense to the following
I had cause to contact Rob Myers (member of this forum) this week at Panasonic Australia as I needed help with an issue.
Rob, bent over backwards to assist me and gave me a solid solution. Now when that solution couldnt quite pan out my end, Rob, again went so far out of his way he even called in a favour from a third party to ensure I was up and ready to go.
So with that, one thing is clear to me, if you are in Australia (Im sure Jan is the same in US), and are worried about support once you are in the p2 system - forget it - apart from members of this forum around to help, you can rely on Panasonic to get you where you need to be.

And that my friends in all sincerity, is, the most glowing thing I have ever said about any company employee I have ever dealt with.
