Hi everyone,
I recently bought Varizoom's VZ1 Shooter--it's a very simple, cheap shoulder brace. (At this point, please refrain from shouting, "You should've bought the DVRig Pro!") It's not a great product, but for my purposes it works.
Well almost.
In order to get the camera off the brace and onto my tripod (sachtler dv6), I have to unscrew the camera from the shoulder brace, screw on the Sachtler plate and then mount it on the quick release. That's about two steps too many, for those keeping score at home.
Does anybody have an ingenious idea (and remember we already discussed not shouting about the DVRig Pro, right?) to let me keep my beloved Sachtler plate on the camera and still mount it on my cheap-o shoulder brace?
Thanks.
