shoulder mount for 35mm adapter + follow focus

I've been looking around at shoulder mounts and was wandering what the best solution is for my set up (dvx100a, letus flip, follow focus). I was looking at the spiderbrace and I really like that price range, but didn't know if it would support all that weight, especially in the front of the camera. Any suggestions?

I saw that post on the redrockmicro, but it seems that the camera is positioned between the shoulder and the hand of the operator. I can't imagine that being a light load. I think you need to have something that positions the camera on your shoulder so that your body is carrying the load, not your hands.
