I got a pre-order in for the Ursa Mini 4.6k camera but I started to think that for roughly the same price I could get a GH4 with a DJI Aerial Drone Kit. So if you had to choose between the two, which would you pick?

They're totally different cameras with totally different uses, plus you threw a drone in there. How much do you care about a drone? How much do you care about DSLR size/weight? How much do you care about storage price, batteries, support gear? Which image do you like the most? Do you plan on buying the Viewfinder for the Mini? Can you afford more than one CF card? Card reader?

There really is no way to pick one way or the other for you. It's up to you. I might as well flip a coin to vote...

I'm in the same pickle. I got some insurance money from the house fire and have about $5,000 to spend on camera gear. I'm going back and forth between a C100 and drone, or the Mini 4k (which the kit I've assembled online comes out to just under my $5k limit. I'm leaning toward the Mini since it's a camera I can grow with over the next few years. Maybe use my tax return for the drone.
