Shot with DVX100B, editing with CS3...settings?

Hi all,

I shot some footage with our DVX-100B, using the preset scene file F5. When editing in CS3, do I set up the sequence for 24p or leave it standard DV 29.97?

I'm just having some weird playback stuttering. Also, when I capture, the audio is coming out of the camera, not the PC speakers, any ideas?
