Shot SD onto P2 Card (Pal) cant convert to avi using Cineform Connect HD

Hi I'v just shot some SD footage onto my P2 card 50i but cant seem to convert it using Cineform Connect HD. When I convert the files I am getting a green screen avi, audio seems ok. So far all my HD footage has been converted no problem using Cineform; am I missing something or does Connect HD only work with HD footage shot to P2.

We have done some testing with SD and it has worked in the past. If you can upload a small MXF video clip we can test it out.
