Shot list

I'm DPing a friend's shoot for the first time, so I need some advice. Anyone have any suggestions about shot lists? Such as what specifically would go on it, particular format, examples, etc?

Are you referring to a log sheet of shots taken on location so the edit is easier to identify "good" takes vs "no good"? If so a google for a film log sheet template would be found pretty quickly.

http://www.dependentfilms.net/files.html contains a field take log template inparticular. I'd also include the length of the take of end time code aswell. Also note there are heaps of other templates here to help out across the production cycle.
