Shot in 24p Squeeze... FCP, Vegas, or Premiere?

I have every editing program at my disposal and know absolutely nothing about them, or dv editing at all (I realize this is going to be a long, uphill battle) but given that I am shooting in 24p in squeeze mode, what will be the easiest or best quality edit program to learn on (and the possibility of printing to film down the road does exist... Any advice appreciated!

FCP will give you a program called Cinema Tools. You can convert the 24P into 24fps and edit with FCP in a 24 fps sequence. THEN if you want to go to DV you can add the advanced pulldown, if you want to go to DVD leave it in 24 or if you want to go to film... 24.

Don't know if the other programs will do that all within the NLE.
