.Short on camera mic cable

Does anyone have a link to a short xlr cable for a on camera mic?
I'd really like to find one with 90 degree connectors, so I'm not adding another couple of inches to the mic and not sticking out from the camera to much.

I searched B&H and the typical places, but no luck.

Be aware that if you use a right angle connector you have to plug it into input 1. It will not plug into input 2 fully. It will hit the camera body and yes markertek does sell them.

How long of a cable is reasonable. I know it depends on where the Reciever is going to be if your running a wireless system. I am looking at getting the Bracket1 which will be in the front of the camera so I don't think I would need a long cable maybe 3 or 4 inches or so?

My 18" Audio-Technica right angle XLR came from Adorama. Sold it with the ME66/K6. The end that plugs onto the mic is the right angle one - the one that plugs into the camera is straight.

i have a 6" xlr (non right angle..but is available) that i run from the shotgun mic to the xlr in when the mic is on the mount shoe . i think i got it from

...actually i think i just drove over there and picked one up , but it works well anyway. you can custom order any lengt ith any type of end connection as well, but it would be cheaper to just make your own rather than have them do it for you.

I'm also searching for a short cable for mounting a mic on the camera but can't find one anywhere, and am looking at the places you guys mntioned,, any hints?
 
My local shop makes them up in house similar to Matts... my point if you have a local place? Just pop in they will most likely have one.
