I have entered the short film market in cannes and I have stumbled on this site CINANDO

What is Cinando and how should I use it efficiently?
I notice the listing of all the Companies posted on Cinando and most of them are Distribution companies. Should I email them all and ask them if they are interested in buying/distributing my short film?? Should I mention it will be at the Short Film Corner in Cannes?
What is the best way to contact these folks and the best way that offers the greatest chance of my short film being sold???
