I have a really good idea for a short. I have this idea to make a film festival based on the concept. It's so simple and open for interpretation that I think people might be interested. It's a horror/sci fi idea and the short films would only need to be 60 sixty long to tell the story.
I have no idea how to do a film festival.
Some questions...
What do I need to know?
Is there any logical reason to do this other than for some reason I want to?
