I think your best bet is a custom homemade solution. I realize not everyone knows how to do this, but it can have some wonderful results.
I don't actually need component hookups at the moment, but I know that eventually I will, so I ordered an AAUI coaxial transceiver. It has a nice breakout box that I'll use to hide my wiring.
I'm sure you could commission a TV repairman or similar technician to construct such a cable...
