Shooting with anamorphic.

I did some shooting with anamorphic lens adapter yesterday.
When I view the footage on the screen of my monitor SONY PVM-14L1 - everything looks very good.

But I remeber that sometimes there is a vignietting which can be noticed only on a monitor with underscan. My question is: does my monitor has underscan? How to find it out? Cos maybe it hasnt and I have this "very good" footage because I dont see the vignieting?

I'd imagine the L1 doesn't have underscan but I don't know for sure. I think the L1 is basically a repackaged Trinitron television.
