Shooting outdoor hunt

I'm planning to shoot an outdoor hunt, hopefully, submitting it to a hunting channel outlet like OLN, etc. Armed with a dvx100a, what settings would you guys suggest, 24pa, 24p, or 1060?

I will be hunting in the early morning hours just to give you an idea about the general lighting.
 
Of course, you wanna adhere to whatever the network wants but 30i 720 is always safe.
All of the outdoor shows I've made fr broadcast have been 4X3 SD.
