Shooting on Carmel's 17 mile drive

I live a few miles away 
Of course you'll need permits if you're going to shoot ON 17 mile dr. And closing off the street won't come easy. There are a decent amount of celebs and such that live in the area and don't want to be bothered so video crews are the most welcome folk

I don't mean literally shooting on the road. More like off the road near the water's edge and stuff. 5 man crew.

If this is a professional shoot, i wouldn't risk it. There's a substantial security staff in pebble beach whose only lot in life is making sure no one's doing what they want.
That said, I've done it with a tiny crew without any issue, but it was just for fun so not much was at stake if some uniformed loser came to break it up.
