Shooting in a car?

Ive been thinking if it would be easier to shoot car interiors with fake backgrounds. Is there an easy way to do this like putting green paper inside the windows?

Thanks in advance

Don't put green paper in the windows- it will look super fake and will probably lead to green spill on your actor, plus you lose the reflection in window. You need to use a regular greenscreen (8-10 feet away from the car). Light it seperatly from the car. Alternativly you could use a projector on a large screen (or white wall) as Macgegor did in SMILIO. That looked killer.

I dont have the time or money to shoot a car in a green room. I was wondering if its possible to do it any other way. If there isnt, thats cool, just a question of possibility.

The projector trick would do it.

The only thing is, it's not a green room. Just use 1 green screen... Which you can get from:
