FIRST off- Digital or film? You mention "2000/frames per" which on its own would require a highly specialized high-speed camera.
If you are shooting on high-speed, I would suggest something like maybe 90fps, or 80fps, 2000fps will bring the motion practically to a stop. For super slo-mo I would go no higher than 120fps. You will need much more light to shoot at this speed, so be prepared for lots of gear, or sunlight.

I have another suggestion for action (but not as good as Capt Quirk's): don't let her make eye contact with the lens right away. Have that be the pay off of the shot - either she emerges from the water and then looks up into camera, or she pulls her hair back and then looks to camera, etc. Helps with tension.

I was reading an old trick from a while ago. When you have body parts that are exposed that you want to show out on film and look curved, use a black pencil to outline where the curve is (ie. cleavage). Obviously if you have a broad black line on your actor(esse) it would look like you put on line on them; but if done properly it could look good. I don't know what effect your trying to pull off but if done effective you can make your actor appear have bigger breasts. It would be fun also applying it :grin:. For example, 300 used this technique to broaden out the muscles on the guy's chests. I haven't tried this out myself, but it should work. Shwing!
