Shooting 3d

Anyone on here shoot 3d before? Is it incredibly complex to shoot and edit?

Never done it myself but it is fairly complex. It works off of 2 offset cameras rigged together and hooked up to a mac mini (usually)

cant be anything else besides a mac mini. only god knows how they made them before that.
