Hi, Desperately seeking a Good Mic :)

Short question: What is the best Microphone for a docu-drama
It's a one man crew. Shooting with panasonic dvx100a
Need something that uses phantom power (from camera)


Same question more detail:

I'm traveling abroad to shoot a documentary using a Panasonic dvx100a.
I also have a Shure 87a condensor Mic. Beside that I have the microphone that comes on the camera.

I'll be doing a lot of interviews ..It's unlikely that I find someone to help me...
with boom and a shut gun microphone.. so that is out of the question.

I'm looking for something light - something that would not give me a headache and would record to my camera .. Something that would also use phantom power
and not require a lot of batteries ? Also something that is not visible.

If you guys have any recommendation or if there is a posting that already answers this question , please let me know?
 
What about a lavalier mike? If you want one for the camera mount, I like my Sankin CS1.:thumbsup:
