Shooter contract

We are looking for a contract for shooters who we have hired that clearly states that we have rights the footage which we paid for? Anyone have something simple for this purpose?

Thanks!!

Google for "Deal Memo" and you find numerous examples. Make sure it has a paragraph stating that the work is done as a "work for hire" using those exact words, otherwise there's a good chance you DON'T own it even though you paid to have them shoot it. Copyright normally goes to the person creating the product even though you paid them to make it and copyright law explicitly says transfers of copyright to you must be in writing. This is the sort of thing you oughta spring for the hundred bucks or so it would cost have an attorney draw it up, or at least review it, before you rely on it - DIY is NOT the way to go if you want it done right and you're really protected.
