Very nice, good news indeed. I am taking a great interest in your Cinefocus r2 follow focus.

Figured I would ask these questions here in this thread.

1. Typically, how long would shipping take to reach the east coast of the US (New York City)? According to the website, the item would not ship for 5 days after the order, so what would the total time be from order till delivery?
2. What kind of options are there for Nikon lenses? Is there a reversible gear or something else to make the focus turn "normally"?
3. Being in the States, what kind of service can I expect if I have problems with the item?

Thanks
-Mike

Hi Make,

Thanks for your questions.

We have reduced the lead time to 2 days from order to dispatch. Transit time to new york via UPS is about 3 days.

The CINEfocus r2 does not have reserve gearing, it has a 1:1 ratio gearbox.

Our products carry a 1 year warranty which covers manufacturer defects.

oh and I meant the shoot follow focus :) ( i noticed i didnt say it). I've been looking on your FF and really like what i see. A clamp on version or attachment would be awesome. Not a deal breaker but it def is more convenient. Keep up the good work.
