shock mount that mounts onto camera shoe?

I have an ATR-25 microphone, it came with a little stand that held the microphone and mounted into the camera's cold shoe (item in the top left in the photo below). I lost the stand unfortunately and am having an impossible time finding a replacement.

Any adjustable shock mount made for a microphone around that size should be fine, but everything I've seen on ebay does not mount onto a cold shoe. I understand there are adapters but I can't seem to find the right one after extensively searching.

Anyone have any idea? I'd like to get this as cheap as possible. I saw a shock mount for the rode videomic that mounted onto the shoe at Vistek and looked like it would do the job, unfortunately it was $89 which is just unacceptable for me.

Speaking of which, anyone know where I can get a cheap replacement foam windscreen of that size (pictured) also?

Any help is appreciated!

edit: I actually still have the top piece that holds the microphone, I'm missing everything from the screw under (including the screw).

hmm, thanks for the links guys. Looks like that's what I'm looking for, but ordering from B&H to Canada makes those a little too rich for my blood (+ shipping/taxes/duties/exch rate).

I'm hoping to find a cheap chinese knock off of those basically, especially since this is just for a B camera. I'll give ebay another whirl now that I know what I'm looking for.

This one is very similar to the Rode SM-3, but it's actually better. More solid construction, better suspenders too:

My old roommate had the SM3 and it broke after 6 months.

If you wanted to go ultra butt cheap, you could get this:

hmm, yeah those last two is basically what I need. Gonna have to find them on ebay though as the B&H shipping is $30.

appreciate the help.

nah, $30 to Toronto Canada is believable to me, although still ridiculously overpriced.

Thankfully I think I found what I need through a combination of ebay and a local music shop here.

I paid less than that a couple months ago to ship ridiculously fragile projector bulbs from B&H to Vancouver, I'd double check the shipping options.
