Shock mount adapter

I've got an Octava mic on a K-tek KSSM shock mount. Any ideas on what to use as an adapter to mount the shock mount to (1) a standard microphone stand (which has a much larger thread mount than is on the KSSM); and (2) on-camera with an HVX200. Any advice is much appreciated.

Sennheiser has a $3 adapter that goes from 3/8" male to 5/8" female to do on a mic stand. The part number for it is MZA216 (yes, it bothers me that I still know obscure part numbers even though I haven't worked at coffey sound in 7 months). To get it on a camera, Audio Technica makes a brass mount that will go right into the bottom of the sennheiser adapter, and then has a hot shoe adapter. Works like a champ, and since it's all metal, it won't break. The AT adapter is around $14. Any pro sound shop (coffey sound, location sound, trew audio, gotham sound) should have that stuff in stock, ready to go.
