Sharpening soft clips...

Would this help?

I tried the heavy Sharpen in Vegas and maxed it out to 1.0 but noticed no difference...

Could it be that it didn't work because this is an uber-soft shot?
 
So I noticed that with the Unsharpening Mask you can increase the contrast in a different way than just simple contrast tweaking... this does in fact make clips much sharper!!! hilarious... makes no sence how this could be called unsharpening mask... but hey... it serves a great purpose, THANK YOU!!! I am loving it!


I am worried about this making my clips look too video...? is that a stupid thing to say?

Also, I am worried about increasing the visibility of the existing noise... is that a stoopid thing to say?
