Sharing videos with clients via web service?

[Johnnyfive]

I remember reading an article in DV magazine a while back about some websites that let your share you videos with specific clients for review online. They get a password and can make notes and markers on the video for the editor to review. I forgot which sites they were and haven't had luck searching for them. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Zak.

Anyone ever used Xprove, or something similar?

We use SyncVue Pro here for that. It allows us to go over cuts with clients, they can add comments either voice or written. I can then import those to FCP and there are markers in the timeline telling me what to do! www.syncvue.com

With syncvue do you have to buy two copies to preview with your client? (1 for you and 1 for the client?)

Hi Mathew, you dont have to have multiple licenses but its better. Since syncvue uses a floating license you can assign your license to the client to do a review. when they are done you can take it back and watch the notes or import to FCP.
