Hey everyone...
I'm trying to export a short 2 min clip. I shot using 24p on my DVX100a. I thought I was supposed to use a 30p timeline with that, but Premiere Pro 1.5 is saying it's 24p, so I changed my project to the Panasonic 24p option. I want to just export this clip at full quality. When I try exporting using Microsoft DVAVI, the compressor is DV(24p ADVANCED -is that my problem)?
So when I export (I have de-interlace UN-checked) I get video that looks like it is being stretched rapidly. The audio is fine. The video is shaky and starts off at normal resolution for around 3 frames then stretches to huge resolution for like 2 frames. It's extremely hard to explain. Anyways, this problem goes away the second I de-interlace the footage.
Whats going on here. BTW, when I try doing Microsoft AVI it plays ok, I just though DV-AVI produced better quality?
Thanks, I'm not sure If I should keep using Microsoft AVI or not. And if thats normal about it reading it as 24p.
