sgpro and prolly and other 35mm adapter

okay so i got my 35 adapter mounted and operating on my hvx. i did some test shooting and i noticed when i shoot with the syncro scan at 10 degrees i could see the ground glass spinning in the picture. what am i doing wrong?

second how do you calibrate the focus on the camera so that i am getting the clearest possible picture? I had my zoom set at 70 and my focus set at 19.

To set camera focus, turn off the adapter, stop the lens all the way down and focus on the camera until the grain pattern becomes sharpest.
