SGblade Beta Tester Reviews & Feedback’

weird, I haven't had any of those problems.
Actually i love the menus.
Biggest pain is only one preset for white balance - Makes you wonder who's awake over there.

hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah :):):):):):): Im like a big kid just arrived today, going to film unpackaging it and attaching it to my XH-A1 later tonight after work and will post up, probably first thing I will do after packaging is change the rotor to 2.... :) Thanks wayne am so happy lol

the EX1 has really weird menues. It took some time to get used to it. It also was buggy... like. Gain didnt work sometimes, or the Focus assist refused to fucntion. Switch the cam off then on, and it was fine but obnoxious to do when trying to shoot a doc....

That's superstrange. Never experienced any of it. I've used a fewe differnt EX1's and I own on myself. Perhaps you just need some more getting used to it. I find that you really have to tweak the camera more out of the box than the HVX, but when that's done it blows the HVX away for so many reasons. Also, having to rally round the menues really makes you learn and understand the (many!) different settings of the camera.

its not hard it just different.

though i would havemade the Framerate and Shooting formats in the same menu. I still hate the HVX for doing that too... why are they seperate? keep em together...
