SG Flip Module Vs. Letus Flip Module

Ok, so Wayne is offering a flip module that was, from what I understand, developed with Quyen to be used with the SGpro. Letus35 is also offering a flip module that can be used with the SGpro. They are both $600.00. Is there any differances between the modules? I'd honestly be more likely to order the Letus version unless there is an advantage to getting the SGflip.

Thoughts, anyone????....

Since this is the case is there a way to buy just the sgpro without the flip function or tube that way you could technically have the letus and spgro and only need one flip option

Can we just simply replace the Letus EX ground glass to SGpro? Instead of buying a SG Tube.
If its possible, I would love to test it out with magical GG.

The Letus is a vibrating adapter while the SGpro is a spinning adapter -
given that, I would assume the size and shape of the GG in each are fairly different.

So no, I can't imagine how that would be possible.

Believe it or not the SG with flip module is actually lighter and more compact than my LE. Just put one on the other day. It was a beta so we couldn't get the alignment right, but it looks promising. The one drawback I see is that you have to zoom in quite a bit more than the SG non-flip, which could lead to more light loss.

Hey Tim,

Hien Told me how to fix it. I have to change a part. He is sending me the updated condenser in the mail. This should make the unit have the usual SG amazingness....

Timur, when you say a fix is on the way...do you mean that the SGflip won't need to be zoomed in more than non flip?

And the benefit of the LE - being able to zoom a long way through the image - is this possible with the SGflip?
