I guess that Mac is okay, but I don't think they should have moved away from the IIc formfactor - hot!

This is how I roll. I call it Hal... don't know why, I just like that name I guess.

I figured that when we had blackouts I could use it as a kinda unwieldy flashlight - then I remembered it doesn't run on batteries. Oh well, at least all my friends think it looks bitchin - can you Mac guys say your friends think your computer looks bitchin? Yeah, didn't think so.

I don't know, but I didn't like the dell line that much. It looks like those cheesy multicolored microsystems they used to push us in the nineties, with plenty of power, plenty of size, and that you were ashamed to have in your bedroom, because of all the colored gay lights...

I'm sure the insides kick ass, though...

In all honesty, I don't care what it looks like, it sits under my desk anyway! I would rather it look tacky so that if I get robbed they leave my edit suite! I would rather Apple's were 50% cheaper and looked rubbish...like PCs do :evil:

Unlike women, it's what's on the inside that counts.
 
That Dell is pretty sexy, but like you said you can't help but think it's just an alienware area 51 clone.
 
Yep, I think I'm a brown-bag PC guy and I don't put too much importance on the appearance of the box under the desk.

I've got a basic Toshiba laptop, MSI Hetis and Micron Millenia right now - all pretty boring to look at.

I prefer to dump the "pretty" money into extra bits like DDR, external drives and so on.

The dell looks like a wet turd. I hate it. Especially with the name dell on it. Im more into minimalistic design.
 
I'm not much of a fan of the Dell and the look really isn't that impressive to me. I'm a hard core Mac girl! But honestly, the G5 looks like a garbage can. Seriously, I think they did a terrible job with the new styling.
