Settings for Rode VideoMic Pro Connected to H4N Recorder

Hey all,

Just picked up my Rode VideoMic Pro and I am recording it with the Zoom H4N to supplement my 7D footage. It sounds great in my initial tests, but I thought I'd get some tips from you guys regarding the settings. On the Rode, it gives the option to record at -10db, 0db, or 20db. Is there one in particular that will give me the optimal sound quality (more clarity, less hiss)? Is there an advantage of using one db level over another on the microphone?

To clarify: I am going from the VideoMic Pro into the H4N.
